UW Performance Indicators

Waterloo is concerned about performance, quality, accountability and transparency.  We recognize that institutional performance measurement is key to the strategic management of our resources and to sound planning for our future. Like other universities, we first undertook this performance indicator exercise for our own benefit.  Recent developments in government accountability and reporting will also render this exercise both timely and useful at the provincial level.

MTCU Key Performance Indicators

The Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities requires that institutions publish graduation rates, employment rates, and Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) default rates. Data for all Ontario universities is provided here.

Graduation and OSAP default rates have been calculated by the MTCU.

All university programs are mapped into program categories established for the system as a whole. This table provides links to show UW programs included in each program category.
